BUNKER AND IMO INCREASE 7/21 WITH SAILING OF S/B VOYAGE 210

June 7, 2021 -The global demand for logistics as a result of the pandemic has
outweighed the supply, leading to a disruption of the supply chain and an increase in
fuel costs. Since the beginning of 2021, NSA’s cost of fuel has increased by 26%.

To mitigate this cost, NSA will increase the bunker charge by 10% from
$980/container to $1,075/container.

In line with the IMO mandate to reduce all deep-sea operator’s ‘carbon footprint’, our IMO charge will increase from $45/container to $49/container reflecting the increase in cost of fuel based on the differential between Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO) and Low Sulphur Heavy Fuel Oil (LSHFO). As info, NSA uses Marine Gas Oil which is a cleaner product than LSHFO.

This increase will be effective on NSA’s July 21st southbound Houston voyage 210.
