Implementation of Emergency Bunker Surcharge

Dear Valued Customer,

We wish to provide an important update regarding our service pricing. Given the conflict in the Middle East and the sharp increase in fuel prices, we must implement a temporary Emergency Bunker Surcharge (EBS) in the Houston to Puerto Rico southbound trade.

$175 per dry container and $225 per refrigerated container
Effective with Voyage 324 departing Houston on March 25, 2026, through Voyage 326 departing Houston April 22, 2026.

This surcharge will appear as a separate line item on the Bill of Lading. This measure allows us to maintain reliable service and continue meeting the standards you expect from us. We will continue to monitor fuel market conditions closely and will remove the surcharge as soon as costs return to sustainable levels.
