Emergency Bunker Surcharge Adjustment

Dear Valued Customer,

We wish to provide an important update regarding our service pricing. After reviewing the current fuel prices and the continued conflict in the Middle East, we must adjust the Emergency Bunker Surcharge (EBS) to $375 per dry container or specialized equipment including tanks, flat racks, and $425 per refrigerated container in the Houston to Puerto Rico southbound trade.

Effective with Voyage 326 departing Houston on April 22, 2026

This measure allows us to maintain reliable service and continue meeting the standards you expect from us. The adjusted EBS will take effect with voyage 326 departing Houston on April 22, 2026. This surcharge will appear as a separate line item on the Bill of Lading.

We will continue to monitor fuel market conditions closely and will remove the surcharge as soon as costs return to sustainable levels. We understand that any price adjustment can be challenging, and we appreciate your understanding and partnership during this period.
